DERP IMMA FOX!

or at least, he will be! looking for critique on my sculpt, as it's my very first ^^ going to be a realistic fox, and i have one of those ebay mannequins with the weird oblong head, so it will be a bit less weird once it's cast X3 looking for symmetry flaws, and/or anything glaringly wrong...

i see the lip asymmetry now, so that will be the first thing to address ^^

*edit* for clarification, the nose isn't on the sculpt and will be added to the end, i'll be using one of my silicone noses ^^

Your best bet is to take the picture ref you have or other pictures and overlay them on top of your current picture. As of right now, the muzzle needs to be more narrow and longer.

Also, that front view is terrifying with those giant bug eyes.

title or description

looking at it with the overlay, it looks like i need to bring the eyes and lips back just a bit, but this sculpt lacks a nose and eyelids, those will go on with the fur... so this is just the bones and muscles of the face ^^ according to my watchers, i also missed some asymmetry with the cheekbones, which i'll be correcting when i go back to it

Hmm, looks like a lot of the 'bulky' feeling is coming from the human chin. I'd say move it all forward so the fox head isn't made 'longer' by the jutting human chin (it makes the face look shorter). Hope that helps!
