Way to make the ears

o/
After searching in many tutorials, i haven't found a good way to do this.
The fursuit that I'm planning to make is a Were Garurumon (here are some images of his head http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/9693/weregarurumontd9.gif ). The problems are that he has these little things between and under the ears. =/

The construction of the head i'm planning to make is something like that (http://www.matrices.net/matricessuit.asp).

How do i make those "ears" and how do i attach them do the whole structure without falling down?

(again, sorry for my bad english, i don't speak it very well xD)
the master

need help..

I am kinda in a conundrum.. I have been for the past 2-3 weeks or more and I am not sure what I do, so I need help.

As you guys know, I am making a skunk fursuit. The head and the footpaws have already been made, but they are sitting, unfurred. I asked a while ago about furs, and got some suggestions.. I got fur swatches from, CRS Crafts, Distinctive Fabrics, and Big4 Fabrics. They were the only ones who had the furs in the length and color I needed, but I couldnt find both suitable colors in the fur I needed from any of those. Some of them had one color that was what I needed, but not the other or not the other in the right length. I am really nervous about getting 2 fur colors from 2 different places, because I dont know how well they will match. I know people on here have suggested other websites, but they didnt have the chocolate brown and silver/gray fur that I need.
So I am not sure what to do.. Either I am going to have to go with a different color scheme, or go for less then desirable fur. or just scrap the whole dman thing.. This has been preying on my mind for a while, and I need to figure out what the hell to do.
It is a partial, so I will probably need about 3 yards of the chocolate brown fur and about 2 yards of the silver/grey fur. I would like the fur to have at least an inch of nap. I am looking for kinda shaggy, like a skunk naturally is.
If anyone can help me with any suggestions, I will be forever in thier debt.

Thanks.

Sewing tangles and speed bumps.

Heya folks. I was helping supervise a friend make a tail right about when my sewing machine decided it would enjoy emulating a train wreck. On the underside of the tail is a mess of thread and loops.... the end product came out okay - but I'd DEFINITELY like to prevent the whole massive insane gnarly thread loops of doom thing again. I've included a photo of this wacky behavior. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Thanks in advance!

Hello, just joined ^^

Me and my boyfriend are looking to "cosplay" Barney and Baby Bop, just for laughs, at either Detour or Anime Iowa.
I've looked around at different tutorials for head making and everything, and I'm kind of unsure what I should make the costumes out of, and not sure how much this project is going to cost...him...lol...

Should I use furry fabric or something more smooth like how Bareny and Friends really look? Which would be cheaper, I mean? And would foam be cheaper than plastic mesh, if that is what its called? Lol...

I'm pretty sure these questions have been asked before, but searching through archives and everything...ehhh...so any advice, tips, answers, it would all be awesome. Thanks!
