Dyed Fur Colorfastness

To people who have "dyed" fur using the diluted acrylic paint technique:

Have you ever used it on a large-ish area of a bodysuit? Like stripes, for example? How colorfast is it? Does the paint permanently stay on or does it fade/wash out?

I could test this myself but I'm being  a tad lazy right now. If it makes any difference I'm taking stripes of DF grey and dying them a darker-but-not-black grey.

Innuk's renovation

Been working on the head a bit more, I'd say it's about 80% done, and still fits.

Still to do: add teeth, add neck fur, add tongue, add zipper in back, hand stitch fur between mouth and jaw.

Completed: add weight in ear tips for floppiness, stitch head pieces toghether, glued onto foam and test fitted. All good so far, and everything is holding together.

Any constructive comments at this point?

First head. Any advise and help is greatly appreciated

Heyo. I've never attempted a project like this before and jumping into this is a shocker. My first head is a pug nosed style shark. I would love if you could give me any advice on my head in the pictures below and I'm having trouble with a few things.

1. Could you share how I could make follow me style eyes with lazy eyelids. I've seen lots of tutorials for the eyes but I don't want them to be so bright and happy I want a droopy sleepy look. I'm worried that putting eyelids over them wont look right on that style of eye.
2. I also want the shark teeth to be soft and plush like. Playfoam or fleece maybe? Not sure what would work.
3. Fabric. I have been struggling on choosing a type of fabric for the skin, I want something that I can semi-hide the seams but not look fluffy and photographs well/isn't shiny.

The Jaw is semi movable.
